This delightful ground floor property is deceptively spacious and adjoins the owners detached country residence.The accommodation is completely self contained and visitors can relax and enjoy the tranquility in the beautiful garden which extends to half an acre of lawns, flower beds and a lily pond, the property is also surrounded by fields.

Set in the quiet village of Wiston (which also has it's own small castle) in the heart of Pembrokeshire it is an ideal base to explore the delights of north, south and west of the county.The county town of Haverfordwest five miles due west is well worth a visit with a good variety of shops, restaurants,farmers market and ruins of a medieval castle which overlook the town centre.To the north St Davids, the smallest city in Gt Britain is very popular and has it's famous 12th century cathedral and interesting arts and crafts shops. To the south are popular seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot.For walking, cycling and fishing the Preseli Hills and LlysyFran Country Park are close by as are the popular leisure attractions Oakwood Leisure Park,Herons Brook, Folly Farm, Heatherton and the Dinosaur Park.Finally within easy driving distance is the wonderful 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coastal path and its most spectacular scenery.

The entrance leads into a conservatory which is furnished with cane furniture and has glorious views of the garden and open countryside. Patio doors open into the lounge/diningroom,which has a stone effect fireplace, electric coal effect fire,three seater settee, easy chair, colour tv/ video/ dvd/ digital.The dining area contains a dining table and four chairs and items of occasional furniture all handcrafted in oak and mahogany.The kitchen is fully fitted with split- level electric cooker, ceramic hob, microwave oven ,fridge freezer and automatic washing machine.The master bedroom is spacious containing a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an oak chest of drawers. The small second bedroom has 3 foot bunk beds - ideal for children The bathroom contains bath, seperate shower cubicle, wash hand basin and wc. Duvets, bedlinen and towels are provided. A travel cot and highchair are also available. Rent inclusive of oil central heating and elecricity. Non smokers only. There is ample parking at the side of the property.
